Last week's meal plan went pretty well... up until the end of the week, where it fell apart. (We didn't feel like cooking on Friday, M went to a party on Saturday, and I went to visit my mom yesterday)
I'm going to make a renewed effort this week! :) Kicking things off with stuffed peppers...

- Tilapia with bok choy
- Stir fried chicken and asparagus
- Take-out
